A restoration, not a renovation.
The building dates to 1891. Rather than erase that, The Linden House restores it room by room: original plasterwork, reclaimed oak, brass fittings aged rather than replaced.
Eighteen rooms in total, no two identical, each named rather than numbered.

The kitchen changes its short menu weekly, built around whatever the morning market offers. No room service tray. Dinner is eaten at the table, the way the building always intended.
